Weight loss, in particular, often requires more sessions to address both the big and small factors contributing to the weight issue and hindering progress, while reinforcing suggestions that support you on your journey. We will work on two levels: with your conscious mind to gain awareness and insight into your issues, and with your subconscious mind to uncover the causes of excess weight and implement new habits and suggestions. This process is complex, the effects are transformative, and it requires usually 4-6 sessions to achieve lasting change.
