Of course not. No one likes to be told what to do. This is not what coaching is.

I am a great believer that everyone already has all the recourses they need, buried inside of them to achieve what they want to achieve. As a coach, I will only guide and support you to discover what is nested within you and to motivate you to take action to make the change you desire. It is your journey to become the best you can be. 

A session is a structured conversation between you and I. Willingly participating is the extent of what you need to do to be successful. I guide the session through asking powerful questions which will challenge you and your thinking, to uncover what you truly want in your personal or professional life. During the sessions you will experience “breakthrough” moments, but trust me you will love the process as nobody will tell you what to do, and you will discover all the answers for yourself. You will unlock your blockages, which are often the reason, why you are where you are in the first place.  You will realise how to achieve your dreams, you will develop skills and abilities to reach your goals and to boost your own performance.

 

Whether you say “I can” or “I can’t” – this is the truth.
